The people are very talented, they care about what they do, and they are great to work with. The clients are really lovely and the projects are generally very interesting.
Kontras
Lack of transparency and communication on key areas of the agency. Lack of proper forward thinking and planning. It wasn't clear what the roles and responsibilities of some of the Senior Management team were. Reactive, not proactive. Restricted project types; it was hard to secure work outside the agency's comfort zone. Although people are generally nice and kind, some won't confront you and will talk behind your back. Some colleagues weren't team players. Preferential treatment; promotions were given to the same people (more than once) and the criteria upon which they were awarded weren't always that clear.
