Pros

The staff is very welcoming and helpful, i was working here for almost 2 years. Compensation was ok but mainly relies on commission. If you can live off of 1600$ a month with no commission.

Terrible management and make promises that they dont keep. Terrible pay.

We have an open door policy and I would like to hear what specific issues you may have had so I can address them. We have an incredible compensation plan that many people on our team take full advantage of but it is a sales job so that pay often comes with performing. We do everything we can to help individuals reach their potential but the actual performance is what pays!

Making great relationships with employees and some staff

They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
