4ySorry to hear about your experience. We follow all T-Mobile training and even have our own CS Training Material that expands on what is needed to thrive in a retail environment - no matter what position you are in. Most of our leaders have grown with the organization so it is hard to believe they cannot do something. We always have an open door for our team so if there is something you are not getting or need from us, let us know. Seems like there may be some other confusion in regards to incentives.
