8yThank you for the feedback. The cameras are always on but they are used primarily for employee growth / development. Their next use is as a security and loss prevention tool.
We have some store leaders that do a great job of sitting with their employees and using this tool to help everyone see where their opportunities are. Think of it like a football player watching footage after their game so they can prepare for the next one!
