9yThank you for your review on Glassdoor. We are glad you like the fact that we offer good compensation including uncapped commissions and perks as well as a good work environment. We do understand your concern about Field Resources and we do have a number those who will represent any AM on account visits. We will continue to evaluate where strategically we can deploy more resources that will be effective as well as profitable.
