Flexible schedules, Remote work with life work balance

Poor Management. Very low pay. Lack of training and leadership to new employees on team. Many different divisions of Connection constantly competing with each other. Book alignments are not fair. Favortism is a thing. OH and they hire and keep managers that are horrible and dont forget about anyone but themselves and their pockets. HR doesn't help when ask to address poor managers and their inappropriate behaviors.
