INCOMPETENT LEADERSHIP TEAM,lack of transparency and actual visibility,lack of direction (won’t take no for an ans),only listen to “yes man”,incompetent leadership team,unfair treatment that promotes coasters,massive layoff recently and retaining majority of the coasters, compensation benefits not even competitive,lack of direction in general,prefers cheaper labour over valuable teammates,lack of diversity, lack of mgmt skills.Overall a company full of potentially ppl that aren’t as gr8 as those bfr.
