- Sales leaders has no technical background much and not a GTM winner. - Different region with same strategy. - No Audit process, lots of fake deals with multi-year but company only ask sales to do. Sales push to partner...so partner eco is terribly bad in some regions. - This is not a service yet, this is still implementing solution after sales, but post sales are very weak..sales leaders not interest tech leading and customer will follow...they asked us following customers, cold calling...it will loose customer love...only pipegen is their favorite interest...how stupid. - HR team is very weak.......no culture
