- Unrealistic targets. Many people are not hitting targets, not even close. Some even got PIPed for reasons beyond their control (e.g. AEs, territories) - Low compensation. Salary is lower compared to similar roles in the market. - Poor career progression and development. Many high performing SDRs have left in the past 6 months as there is no chance of promoting into other roles.
