      It's a (small) paycheck, but it's more than you'd make with fast food

      Favoritism, managers that sleep with employees, unstable work environment, managers who run their extravagant lifestyle in your face while you barely make ends meet. Business days where day offs are denied but management still disappears. Useless micromanaging. No raises. You are not valued and security is a myth. And harassment can continue after you leave.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Kontras

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
