Starting off the pay doesn’t seem too bad. Not much to say jobs are gonna pay what they want.
Kontras
The way Incentives are factored can make or break you. Surveys aren’t fair especially when the report has nothing to do with you and nothing can be done about it but it still affects your incentive. Still don’t get that.
