Good pay, Some cool tech, some great people.

Horrifically benefits (but they might being trying to right that disaster). 2 weeks (use it or lose it) vacation until year 15.... Yes, I said year 15. Was never a growth company for the last 15 years, so expect layoffs. Cronyism is bad due to the young, inexperienced and narcissistic leadership. Several instances laying people off and then telling them they changed their minds several days later.
