Incompetent senior management - managing teams remotely and seems to lack management skills, extremely unprofessional. They like to humiliate their direct reports but act like meek lambs in the presence of their superiors.
Unclear responsibilities - they have hired me as a manager but was given R&F tasks.
Incompetent HR team - HR is pro-management and likes to gaslight employees. They do not acknowledge complaints and instead blame the employee for not being "adaptable" and "ready to face challenges".
Daily multiple pointless meetings about status updates.
You can't use your annual leaves 3 or more consecutive days at a time. You can't be on leave more than once a month. You will receive calls and be required to attend meetings outside of office hours, on weekends, holidays, and while on leave.
