Not skills or experience. - Complicated and stressful job with a focus on quantity instead of quality. - Revolving door, people start with hopes and expectations and then they leave within 6-12 months due to the conditions as the employees do not feel valued or supported in their roles. - If you are a remote worker you can forget about any opportunities for career development. - Lack of any team spirit overall, it is mostly a collection of individuals trying to get by.
