You bid on your schedule every two to 3 months which means you get a new Team Lead every few months and they usually have a whole different set of rules and goals, so when you just start getting used to THOSE goals, you have to learn someone's else's. It's a neverending cycle. You get new products to take calls about but you either get 5 days of training for them or it's all on your own training modules that you have to hurry and learn.
