Pros
There are no pros apart from the salary. They will promise you bonuses for everything but they are not in your contract so you will only receive them if they want.
Kontras
Salaries are always WRONG. and they take months to fix them. There's no internal communication. People cry and shout to TL's. IT's shocking. HR NEVER have any answers to employees questions. In fact HR best answer its "I don't know" The contract's do not mention the benefits promised during interview process (meaning that the company can decide whether you're entitled to receive them or not). Schedules are awful. People work nonstop for months in a row until 22 or 23 without having the chance to change schedules. Employees assault each other verbally inside of the premises of the company and the TL's walk past and pretend they have nothing to do with them. There's no such thing as a plastic cup to drink still water, there's no detergent to clean the dishes. Also you MUST ask for permission to even go to the toilet. You cannot use your mobile phone while working and even on the relaxing areas they came up with some crappy rules where you still can't use your phone. Advice to people: Please make sure you ask everything in writing because they will lie to you and avoid giving you any information via e-mail to not compromise the company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONCENTRIX ROMANIA NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. By the way, they claim there's a dynamic environment ? it's all a massive lie. No one is happy with the company. The environment it's HELL.
