The people I have grown close to within the company and they pay is the ONLY reason why I haven't left.

Corporate and the Managers in the referrals department are sneaky. The referrals department is going through so many chances and it's just one thing after another. It's pushing people away from the company and urging people to leave and even take a pay cut just to get out.
