      They provided scrubs at no cost.

      Kontras

      Treated employees poorly, they expected the nursing staff to stand there was no seating provided to use while you charted, I brought in my own chair so I could sit to review charts and document pt info.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
