      Convenient schedule, co-workers, little to no overtime

      Kontras

      A lot of work for little pay, became micromanaging with leadership change, entire office vibe changed and the more you played the game the further you got in the company

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
