Hours of Operation and facility level flexibility

Kontras

Micromanagement, poor company morale, poor communication, no incentives, bottlenecked growth, no salary growth, stressful work environment made worse by corporate, no accountability of higher ups, focus on irrelevant matters with little oversight on things that actually matter, favoritism, nepotism, bullying, never feeling appreciated even with high success & performance.

Pros

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Kontras

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
