      Many different work-sites Different divisions within the company Upper management seems to really care about its employees and even more so, the patient

      Kontras

      Communication is poor Management has favorites and if your not on the list, you can be out of luck Orientation is not very organized or thorough enough

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
