      Pros

      Learned a lot about many types of injuries and how to communicate with case workers. Great Health insurance, PTO, and Sick time benefits.

      Kontras

      Fast paced and disorganized. Lots of turnaround rates for new employees so work gets even more slowed because there's no effective system to teach new employees efficiently and managers do not know how to delegate work. New paperwork and rules all the time. Raises don't come frequently.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
