      Large company, somewhat autonomous position, many great colleagues who genuinely care about the company and each other

      Kontras

      Huge disconnect between management and colleagues. The goals of the company and the tools they provide are not sufficient to achieve consistently. Room for advancement is limited unless you are personal friends with area team member(s).

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
