Benefits ie. Time off, Holiday, wages.

Kontras

They don't care about their patients. The run their locations like a medical mill. They say they care about patient satisfaction, however they do not run with capable staffing, (management bonus's off keeping low staffing budget) Clinic wait times are very extended. They leadership team in Florida is incompetent. You can only grow within the company if your on the in's with area management. I should have taken the hint at the interview when the COD told me I would have been the 5th person in my role in 3 years.

Pros

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Kontras

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
