      easy work, same day evaluations, somewhat autonomous, the patients and local team

      Kontras

      Prehistoric EMR, no to horrible training, embarrassing patient load expectations, patient safety and quality care second to metrics and unrealistic scheduling demands, flagrant womanizing in leadership, empty promises, inflexible work schedule, manage by intimidation, work people till their tread is gone then trade them in.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
