Pros

You work from home on your own schedule. That is it.

Kontras

You are only really paid when people get hurt. Reimbursement is so slow and lengthy. The work expectations constantly change 20 calls a day, then 50 calls a day with 10 meetings per week. This allows you no time to truly make a sale that matters. This makes it so you could care less about the sale and just want as many people to kind of give you a thumbs up so when they are hurt you can get commission.

Great benefits. PTO coverage is great.

Pros

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Kontras

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
