Pros

- if you like being a mule for the success of upper managements success and getting no respect yourself this is your company

Kontras

- tons of work an little pay expect to work 80+ hrs a week if salaried - poor management between corporate and local market - you work 90+ during months of Sept - Nov then 70+ rest of the year - there is no repsect for family the company is everything and nothing else matters - upper management will pander you with your the best and your #1 all the while posting your position and interviewing for your job - poor manangment, they have been doing the job for years and are blind to what and how there employees need to succeed. - upper management is all about the client and not about overowrked, stressed, exhausted staff - lotus notes??? this has been an outdated system for over 10 yrs, the propatory software is difficult to work thru and with - constant rotation of staff no one stays for long due to all of the above so working with regular staff and getting an even consistancy is difficult if not impossible. - IT department - difficult to work with takes weeks to get systems upgraded and or get replacement computers, printers, copiers, network hardware, phones

Pros

Work from home Mon -Fri

Kontras

Management prioritizes unrealistic production metrics over the quality of patient care and employee well-being. The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters. Management offers very little support, relying on micromanagement to hit numbers rather than addressing the root causes of burnout. The compensation is also too low for the immense level of stress and volume required.
