- Customer Service Team is friendly - Always busy so the day goes by fast - Pretty building with a tree (not joking) and some other plants inside - Growing company; can move into other roles - There is a new bonus program. Roles should be split up between CS Rep levels 1, 2 and 3. So compensation should increase for those with more experience

- VERY quiet in Customer Service. We try to play music but the WiFi doesn't work well. - If you're not interested in lighting products... you shouldn't be here. - Lack of written processes/procedures. BUT we are working on this with new management
