      Pay and benefits are good. Low stress.

      Kontras

      Poor quality control, process control, people control. Somehow some product gets shipped but not on time. I would not trust anything manufactured at the Chandler facility. Company is in dire straights.

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
