Fixed 3% raise policy from corporate. No clear cut path to promotions and people with the same job title will have wildly different levels of experience and skill. Management doesn't really manage employees; they manage projects, but you still do have a manager who often needs to be reminded of what projects you are actually working on. A lot of the work is copied from old projects and updated/merged for new projects.
