Thanks for your feedback and I’m sorry that that your employment ended with you having a negative perception of our management team. We are constantly trying to improve our client and staff experiences and we rely on feedback like yours to know in which areas we may need to make adjustments. I agree that we have a fantastic team of engineers, sales, and marketing staff – and over half of our management team have been internally promoted from those staff level positions. I believe that this hands-on experience has given our management insight into the requirements of the job and equipped them to communicate clearly regarding the expectations of the different positions they oversee. It seems that your experience was not indicative of the open-door culture we have worked hard to develop and I apologize for any perceived breakdown in communication between yourself and our management.
