The salary is alright. Work hours are respected.

The company is very cheap, ignores GDPR of customers. Makes use of personal Skype account of employee to avoid buying MS teams, uses Google sheets without password, doesn't pay licenses for email clients. Management is very old school and works on need to know bases - all developments will com as a surprise. It's also rather aggressive, scolding is a general practice, especially by the female managers / team leaders. Management style is group management: forget about positive feedback, personal growth or personal interest for that matter. Company culture does not exist. Recruitment lies about salary paid and secondary benefits.
