Office Politics and No Projects - Technical Support Engineer bei Computacenter: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There are no projects to work and still company keeps on hiring new employees and for the existing employees they randomly move to different teams without even asking the employees. And they randomly move to service desks, monitoring teams etc, which is not a job for the technically experienced people to do. And for name sake they say you can reach out to anyone in this company be it a higher management level or so. But when we reach out to them complaining about this, our managers threaten us saying we will risk our job if we do such things again. Family, culture etc is all just words here.
