I have moved from an engineering role, to a desktop team lead role, then finally to desired delivery stream, project management. There is at times ample opportunities to learn more, but not necessarily grow and be recognized

Annual salary is low-medium market rate. No bonus schemes, only for senior management. RM's look more after higher tier employs than "lowly job titled resources."
