1. Even though they are saying we are very transparent in the pay policies, lot of information are hidden.
2. The recruiters are so selfish. At the end of the day their job should be done they will sacrifice employee’s rights and benefits.
3. No leave policy at all. You have to work till your death. Otherwise loss of pay when you take any sick leave.
4. They will make you work even if you don’t like the project at all.
