Steady income and hours. Average benefits- I have had better but was too eager for a schedule change I judt accepted it.

Upper management is aware of the work flow issues working with two seperate companies co working together but have yet to do anything about it. Alot of drama in the departments. Toxic behaviours that are not addressed. You better save up your PTO because if you are chronically ill it becomes a big issue. But if can deal with the highschool cattiness and unnecessary drama, good on you.
