      If you are not in application dev team, then the opportunities are not that great. Plus, the company is sorta unstable ownership wise.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
