New leadership has promised that they will develop and provide better career paths, and provide training where needed. This has been promised for over two years with no changes. Employee engagement is extremely low due to no job security and no reason to go above and beyond as absolutely no motivation is given to do so. No raises ever and they add more responsibilities but don’t compensate for it.
