Pros

Relatively good pay for easy work. Lots of available shifts.

Kontras

Job is HIGHLY repetitive and gets boring quickly. Support is hit or miss from leads and Tier II agents. Position supports too many variables (software, hardware, cell phone apps, etc). Often overwhelming amount of work.

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Kontras

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
