Predominantly commercial projects, many of which were adaptive reuse...awesome projects that all were respected in the community.

You're going to have office politics everywhere ya go - that's not exactly a "con," per se, but it can definitely lead to a clashing of personalities. Just make sure you leave your dogmatic personalities at the door - these are great folks here, wjo just wanted the best for everyone.
