Pros

Incredibly nice people to work with. Very supportive. For being a technical support role ticket volume is really not that bad. Company only hires within so it's quite common to move roles to let's say a Sales position, or a Software Engineering position.

Kontras

Pay is miserable. 55000 for this kind of role in this industry is ridiculous. That's the reason they can't retain people and everyone just leaves as soon as they can.

Pros

Helpful and supportive team that was always willing to jump in and assist with technical issues. Good collaboration and knowledge sharing among colleagues.

Kontras

Heavy micromanagement from leadership made it difficult to work independently. A lot of the daily work felt repetitive and not very beneficial for long-term career growth. The Oracle database system was quite outdated, which caused inefficient workflows and extra manual effort.
