Pros
Patient care is what I looked forward to daily. Going on the floors and meeting new ppl throughout the hospital. And being in the iv room because you heard no complaints.

Poor management skills head tech and phamacy management. No communication they walk right by you and wanted ask you if u OK or have any question so said. Its ppl that work there that does nothing but worried about what others are doing or what's for lunch. I think that they are to comfortable in there position s. On the floor to deliver medication s and nurse's would say nothing but mean things about head tech and other techs because of there attitude s towards others there. I seen pharmacist deliver meds cause the techs said that they aren't going. Need I go on...
