All employee appreciation events were gone by the time I left. As a recruiter our most important tool was taken from us leaving us with no solution and expected us to figure it out with no meetings. We had meetings from 3 times a week to zero because we were underperforming. It killed our communication with any hire up employees. We were not listened to but told what to do. All feedback was negative and not encouraging. Unclear communication through out the office in every area. Negative environment with bosses that were very up and down. Felt I was constantly on egg shells. Mistakes were always pointed out and success was never recognized. The CEO of the company never spoke to me and he worked there all day every day. The company makes you think it’s a great first step to a career but in reality you don’t learn enough softwares/skills for your resume. Even replying for other recruiters jobs, they told me I didn’t have enough recruiting experience/skills. No Work life balance! You’ll be lucky to get a half day :’)
