Team-oriented environment where everyone genuinely cares about everyone else, including the CEO, who not only knows you and your family members by name, but even asks how your kid's baseball game was, or if your wife's surgery went well; really, ALL of upper management is like this.
It's great to finally work for a company that values their employees, and understands that having a successful business starts with the well-treatment of your workers.
