Fast pace environment that doesn't wait - You're expected to keep up Task Switching - as with any msp, priorities often change and you can be working on a issue and be pulled off 5 minutes later for a fire. Stress - not unusual but worth mentioning, with the fast pace, comes additional stress for deadlines. If you can't manage stress well it may be difficult at rare times when a fire is happening.

The service desk team was very fun to work with and does a great job at communicating. The company culture is fantastic, and I have had no complaints after working here for over a year.
