Over the course of nearly 10 years Competa helped me grow from a junior self-taught PHP hacker to a senior full stack developer with leadership and coaching experience. I got to work with some seriously talented and friendly engineers on massive projects for some of the biggest companies in Europe. Management is straight, honest and geek compliant. It's nearly time for me to leave the Netherlands, and I'm sad that means I'll have to leave Competa too. Future employers have a lot to live up to.
