Compdata offers great career and professional development opportunities. This is evident as my role and responsibilities are growing and have been since I started there in May of 2013. Another positive is that I believe in the product and future of this organization. I can see myself working here for many years and I see this company continuing to succeed. I also feel that I am a vital member to the team. This belief is derived from upper management asking my opinion, increasing my responsibilities and sending me to events to represent the company.
