Caring for the terminally ill and being able to improve their quality of life. Clinical team was full of caring and compassionate individuals.
Kontras
Upper management was numbers driven. Quality care was decreasing due to time restraints with very large caseloads. Very short staffed. Admissions mandatory after already working an 8 hour + day. Morale very low in the office. A lot of childish behavior and unceccesary punishment takes place in the office. Benefits were horrible.
