For me personally this has been one of the best companies I've ever worked for. I have the best team, and we take our jobs seriously but also have a blast doing it! I always feel supported and empowered in my role. There is true accountability, and they do acknowledge, encourage and reward for job performance. You can grow quickly with this company if you really want to. Great training and the hiring process is so easy and streamlined. I also have the chance to serve the most beautiful clients that deserve the best staff. I love that I get to be a part of building their wonderful caregiving team. They deserve only the best. I truly do not have anything negative to say other than we are growing very quickly and we will start running out of room soon! So maybe a bigger building that we can all fit into. Right now, we are in 2 separate locations in our Redding area.
