Regular Monday thru Friday schedule, some really nice co-workers.

The Manger was not open to new ideas or feed-back, gave negative feed-back much more than positive encouragement, glorified herself rather than her team, several nurses left the company solely because of her, two did not even make it past the initial orientation period. She displayed favoritism. She created a very stressful working environment.
